2. Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Appointments can be scheduled via the scheduling app shared with you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal Venmo. If a payment is missed or declined, services will be suspended until payment is made in full.
4. Health Disclaimer
While we provide holistic and wellness services to improve the health and well-being of your dog, these services are not a replacement for traditional veterinary care. It is your responsibility to ensure your dog receives proper medical care when needed. We encourage you to consult with a veterinarian for any medical concerns.
5. Liability

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your dog during all services and accept all risks associated with the services rendered.
